Edil AL: A Leader in the Construction Sector
Yesterday, Artan Dulaku, CEO of Concord Investment, participated in a forum organized by Polis University, where he discussed the development of Edil AL and its impact on the Albanian construction industry. Around 100 students and faculty members were present. They didn’t not only attend the presentation, but also exchanged ideas with the guest of honor.
One of the main topics was the role of Edil AL in the construction sector. Speaking about the company’s success, Dulaku stated that the vision to be the first has been the main driving force behind the company’s development, then moving from trade to industrial construction and hospitality projects.
“We have always sought to be one step ahead. From trade, we moved to industrial construction, and then to hospitality projects. This strategic approach has enabled us to develop complex and advanced projects,” Dulaku told the students.

Artan Dulaku shared his vision for urban development and the importance of proper planning. “Construction is a process that requires a long-term and responsible approach. We aim at projects that not only improve the urban landscape, but also contribute to improving the quality of life,” he emphasized.
Working with the New Generation
At the end of the forum, Dulaku encouraged the students of Polis University to be part of Concord Investments and Edil Al’s future projects. He reiterated the importance of new ideas in the construction field, being promoter of young people in the work force.
